At Jane Hill, we want your wedding journey to be perfect, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all standard-sized gowns in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made, made-to-order, and final sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal within 14 days of receiving your gown and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Quality Assessment

  Once your request is submitted, our bridal concierge team will review your photos to ensure the garment is free of makeup, alterations, and damage.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your gown in its original garment bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags remain attached, and apply the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
